Terms of Service

BloodUndo (bloodundo.in, the "Service") is a free, voluntary, community-run platform that connects blood donors, patients, hospitals and blood banks across Kerala. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

All blood donations facilitated through BloodUndo must be voluntary and unpaid. Do not pay or accept payment for blood.BloodUndo does not sell blood, charge users, or take a cut of any transaction.

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a donor and meet the medical eligibility criteria set by Indian blood banks (NACO / KSACS guidelines). Hospitals and blood banks may only register through their authorised staff.

• Provide accurate information about yourself, the patient, and the hospital.
• Do not solicit, advertise, or accept money for donating blood.
• Do not impersonate hospitals, doctors, or other users.
• Do not harvest contact details for spam, marketing, or any non-emergency purpose.
• Do not post discriminatory, illegal, or misleading content.

Nothing on BloodUndo is medical advice. Always confirm transfusion details, blood-group matches, and donor eligibility with the treating hospital and a qualified medical professional.

You retain ownership of the requests, profile information, and messages you submit. You grant BloodUndo a limited licence to display this content to other users so the platform can function (for example, showing an open request to nearby donors).

Donor phone numbers are shared with patients only when the donor has explicitly opted in. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, post fraudulent emergencies, or attempt to monetise blood.

BloodUndo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. See our Disclaimer.
